How long have you been in business?
Monrovia Aire Inc. Stared in the year 2005, but has a crew of employees with a combined experience of 40 plus years in the industry.
What is your primary product or service?
Servicing, installing and providing maintenance programs to all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was introduce to the industry in 1987 and started with a union company in orange county. since then i have work for 5 or 6 good companies that taught me alot. from the inside out, I have been in management, installer, dispatcher, some service and estimating. Then in 2005 i decided to start my own company after passing my contractors state licensing test. I have always loved this industry and like to give back to the community.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe that most of my experience has been working on the inside of the industry and dealing with customers and knowing that customer service is number one and then not duplicating the bad business practices of what the other companies i worked for had done and at the same time giving quality work and a reasonable price.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have the one location in Monrovia, but my goal is to branch out in the future.

I do, Im Richard Martinez- president and CEO of my company.
What are your hours of operation?
monday thru friday 8am to 5pm and sat. 8am to noon. off on Sundays.
